NeighCon 2027, happening June 4th-6th, is heading to the Hilton Charlotte Airport hotel! This property is clean, modern, and recently renovated. Featuring a gorgeous central atrium and a highly convenient location that makes traveling to the con an absolute breeze!
Accommodations
Guest rooms at the Hilton Charlotte Airport are all two room suites available with either a single king or two double beds at a cost of $149 + taxes (6.25% NC state sales tax and 8% occupancy) per night for two persons.
Three (3) persons will incur an additional $10 charge per night
Four (4) persons or more (limited by room type) will incur an additional $20 charge per night.
Dates for these rates are available between May 28-June 12.
Check in and Check out times
Guest rooms will be available for check-in starting at 4:00 PM on your arrival day. Check-out is by 11:00 AM on your departure day.
Booking and payment policies
Booking must be done with a valid credit card. Free cancellation is available until 48 hours prior to arrival, after which the entire room rate applicable to that stay will be charged. Room name transfers are available without penalty until 48 hours prior to arrival.
Upon check-in, a hold equal to the total room cost plus $50 per night will be held on your credit card. This hold will cover the total cost of your room, parking, and tax charges for your entire stay, as well as an estimated amount for any additional hotel services you might use. Any unused portion of the incidental hold will be released to your card upon check-out.
Early departure policy
If you need to leave the hotel before your scheduled departure date, an Early Departure Fee of $149 for each unused night will be charged to your room. However, this fee will be waived in the event of a personal medical or family emergency. Such emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis by the front desk manager.
Privacy and reservation info
By booking a room under the event block, you consent to the Hilton Charlotte Airport sharing your reservation details with the event organizers. You also agree not to hold the event organizers liable for any claims, costs, or damages resulting from the hotel's disclosure of your reservation information.

Airport
The hotel is located 6 miles from Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT), a major travel hub.
Using rideshare
Uber and Lyft operate out of CLT, with pickups located at the Arrivals/Baggage Claim Level, Zone 4. However, we highly recommend utilizing the free hotel shuttle instead!
Airport shuttle
The hotel offers a complimentary 24-hour shuttle service to and from CLT every 15 minutes. There is also an option to call and schedule a pickup via the hotel phone system. Shuttle pickup is at Zone 1 on Arrivals/Baggage Claim Level.
Parking
On-site self-parking is available at a discounted rate of $6.00 per night for attendees, including in/out privileges. Valet parking is not available at this property.
